Biography
Mieko's dissertation, tentatively titled "Work Culture: Asian Labor and Anglophone Aesthetics in the Age of Japanese Capital," examines Anglophone literary and cultural mediations of the spread of Japanese management and production techniques across the Pacific, from 1950 to the present.
