Professor Farah Jasmine Griffin has Won the JJA Book of the Year Award: History, Criticism, and Culture

Farah Jasmine Griffin, the William B. Ransford Professor of English and Comparative Literature, and Professor of African American and African Diaspora Studies, has won the Jazz Journalist Association’s Book of the Year Award about Jazz: History, Criticism, and Culture for In Search of a Beautiful Freedom: New and Selected Essays (Norton).
